What do the 9 (12 in the model) front office staff do?

As part of our phase 3 of due diligence, we are awaiting a full breakdown of their job specs and individual roles. Our understanding to date is that they spend a decent amount of time fielding all the incoming calls associated with website searches and referrals and then help ensure the intake process and insurance verifications run smoothly. On top of managing follow-up appointments and payment checkouts, they also run the POS services associated with nutritional supplement, peptide and RX sales, and manage the medication pick-up encounters.
