How do you make strategic decisions?

We each have areas within the business model fall under our domain expertise, and we defer to each other on strategic decisions related to those areas. (You can see further information on our zones of expertise on our (draft/working document) partnership slides and from our bios).

From a bigger picture perspective, prioritizing which strategies to employ for Cadence Health Capital is the zone where our partnership shines, and why we choose to work together. For example, when we are assessing potential search targets, Rania assesses whether the business is has strong financial fundamentals, while Nadia assesses the commercial viability and value-creation opportunities.
