How easy/hard would it be to replace Tyler Dendler?

Once we have completed the transition and we know the systems, we think it would be straightforward to replace a COO, but we would likely consider restructuring and instead having a more senior Office Manager for each location that reports straight to CEO. Something we will know more about after first 100 days.
