Dr. Rago will assume CMO duties. Each provider (NPs and Pas) have the ability to treat patients and prescribe medication without an MD. In the case that Dr. Rago becomes the sole owner, all licenses and compliance will be seamlessly maintained since he will already be an owner of the clinical entity.
